We are Pauletta and Gabby.
Our friendship began over a decade ago while working side by side, where we quickly realized we shared the same values—strong work ethic, exceptional customer service, and a genuine commitment to supporting those around us. In 2021, we decided to build something of our own, not just for us, but for our community. We took everything we had learned and poured it into something we truly love—helping others.
After years of working 50–70 hour weeks, we understood how hard it is to come home after long days only to spend your limited free time cleaning. That’s why we created Sweeping Willow Homekeeping LLC.

The online portion of training shows our team how cleaning must be done, how to do it efficiently, and how they can continually improve with training always being added.

On the Job
The on the job portion of training has very specific checklists, procedures, and in depth follow-up so we can see where to improve in real time.

Certification
The final process of the training is the official certification. Our cleaners must complete specific requirements and pass an exam to receive their certification to become a professional cleaning consultant.
