We are Pauletta and Gabby.
Our friendship began over a decade ago while working side by side, where we quickly realized we shared the same values—strong work ethic, exceptional customer service, and a genuine commitment to supporting those around us. In 2021, we decided to build something of our own, not just for us, but for our community. We took everything we had learned and poured it into something we truly love—helping others.
After years of working 50–70 hour weeks, we understood how hard it is to come home after long days only to spend your limited free time cleaning. That’s why we created Sweeping Willow Homekeeping LLC.
Our goal is simple: to give you your time back. Time to relax, recharge, and focus on what matters most—while enjoying a professionally cleaned home you can trust.
Our Training Process
Welcome to our Luxury Cleaning Training Program—where we turn everyday cleaning into something truly thoughtful, detailed, and elevated. At Sweeping Willow Homekeeping, we believe a well-cared-for home isn’t just clean—it feels calm, comfortable, and cared for.
Here’s what you can expect from our training:
1. Creating a Beautiful Home Feel
We focus on more than just cleaning—we teach how to create a space that feels peaceful, refreshed, and welcoming. Whether it’s a busy family home or a high-end space, we show how to bring that “put together” feeling into every room.
2. The Little Details Matter
It’s the small touches that make the biggest difference. We train our team to notice and care for the details others might miss—from baseboards and fixtures to delicate surfaces—so every home feels truly complete.

We use proven methods, quality tools, and thoughtfully chosen products to get the best results. Our goal is to clean efficiently while still delivering that high-level finish every time.

Our training is all about combining care, consistency, and attention to detail—so every home we touch feels lighter, calmer, and easier to live in.
Online
The online portion of training shows our team how cleaning must be done, how to do it efficiently, and how they can continually improve with training always being added.

On the Job
The on the job portion of training has very specific checklists, procedures, and in depth follow-up so we can see where to improve in real time.

Certification
The final process of the training is the official certification. Our cleaners must complete specific requirements and pass an exam to receive their certification to become a professional cleaning consultant.
